Hi, I’m Brooke and I am a certified naturopath & Clinical Nutritionist here in our Paddington studio and online.

I’ve always been interested in health and the human body, but somehow ended up working my first career in finance. This never felt right to me, and I craved purpose. Through the beginnings of a yoga practice, I began recognising that I wanted to learn more about how the body functioned and how to best support it. Once I started studying, I was hooked, and now get deep satisfaction from the problem solving nature of holistic health.

My own personal health journey has led me into the areas I am most interested in today including digestive health, adrenal dysregulation and skin care.

Drawing from a blend of evidence and tradition in practice, I meet each client as a unique individual and tailor treatment plans that are achievable for each person. Weaving together nutritional education, herbal medicine, practical treatment plans, and ongoing support, I am committed to helping clients understand and overcome the health issues they may be experiencing and ultimately, to help them discover their perfect balance.

Outside the Hälsa studio, I often lose track of time while:
Reading, submerging in the ocean or walking in nature.

My perfect day looks like:
Rising up with the sun for an early morning coastal walk and a swim in the ocean, coffee or chai with friends, reading a book in the sun (big non-fiction fan), afternoon yoga, a lovely slow dinner with red wine and good conversation, meditation, tucked in bed by 9:30pm.

My aim is to first understand who you are, your needs and your complete health profile. I then work with you to uncover the underlying cause of your symptoms keeping you informed each step of the way. Your wellbeing is my priority and I enjoy nothing more than seeing people make a full recovery!
