Classic creamy summer smoothie


✨ 1/3 cup of your favourite milk⁠

✨ 1/2 frozen zucchini⁠

✨ 1/4 avocado⁠

✨ 1/2 frozen banana. You can use monk fruit/stevia to taste if you’d like a sugar free version⁠

✨ 2 tablespoons of coconut or Greek yoghurt⁠

✨ 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon⁠

✨ 1 serve of protein powder (we used the GelPro Australia hemp/collagen blend here)⁠

✨ A few ice cubes


Blend all ingredients – you may need to tamper and/or add a touch more liquid to reach your desired consistency.⁠

Top coconut flakes, cacao nibs and your favourite granola.
