You have got your beautiful prescription tea waiting in front of you, ready to go, keen beans but wait… how do I brew it?

Below I’ve included brewing and care instructions for the beautiful new addition to your health care routine.

What do I need to brew?

– A cup, mug or pot (I prefer a pot to get a more intense brew)

– A strainer and plate for cup or mug users

– A kettle

How do I brew my herbal tea?

– Place tea in strainer

– Poor hot water on top

– Steep for 10-15 minutes

– remove tea

– Enjoy

How much tea do I use?

– 1 tsp per cup

– 1 tbsp per mug

– 1 heaped tbsp per pot

How long will iced tea last in the fridge?

– As a general rule 24 hours, up to 36 is okay though

How do I store my herbal tea?

– In an air tight container away from light and heat. The tea will last up to if not more than 1 year.
