Hi, I'm Marg and I'm a degree qualified Naturopath working online and in the Hälsa Health studio. I became a Naturopath because my own health journey led me to understand the importance of treating the underlying cause of a condition using holistic and evidence-based treatments.

I am passionate about women’s health and have a special interest in hormonal conditions such as Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PCOS, hormonal acne, PMS, anxiety and reproductive health

 

As with all things, digestive health is key, and I have worked with many clients who suffer from SIBO, IBS, intestinal permeability or microbial imbalances and find that getting to the bottom of these conditions make a huge difference in how some one feels. 

I believe that empowering people through education is the best way to help, so that clients are left with simple but powerful ways to impact their overall health, and can go on to support themselves ultimately. 

I feel extremely lucky to be able to hold space for people experiencing a range of health conditions, most of whom come to us as a last resort and have already been through so much. 

Outside of the Halsa studio, I often lose track of time while:

Doing a hot yoga class, going for long hikes, cooking and/or eating with family, enjoying a glass of natural wine with friends

My perfect day looks like:

An early morning dip in the ocean followed by a scenic hike, topped off with a leisurely meal with friends and family

My aim is to simplify your health and remove barriers that may hinder you from achieving your best. I support each patient in finding their own version of health through education, understanding and experience. No fads or unconventional methods, simply quality advice you will understand.
