Refunds and Returns Policy

Sessions

If you are unable to attend your pre-paid session(s) you may redeem the amount as a gift voucher to be used at a later date. All sessions can be transferred to another practitioner at any time however are non-refundable. 

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy where charges apply.

Goods

  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for perishable items such as our teas unless there is something faulty with the product
  • Refunds and exchanges are not available for beauty items unless there is something faulty with the product
  • If you believe your Goods are faulty, please contact us at support@halsahealth.com.au
  • All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase. Any Goods that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced when you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the Goods.
  • If we determine in our reasonable opinion that the product is not faulty, or is faulty due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or failure to take reasonable care, we will refuse your return.
  • If we determine that the product is faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
