Shipping Policy

We use Go Logistics for all standard shipping within the NSW Metro and Australia Post for the rest of Australia.

Our packing and processing day is Friday, items being shipped via Go Logistics is next business day delivery and Australia Post delivery times can be found here. We always endeavour to process, pack and ship your order as fast as we can. During peak times and times with frequent public holidays (including but not limited to the New Year period, Easter and Christmas)shipping may take longer than usual. Your Goods will be delivered to the address you provide through our third party courier service Go Logistics or Australia Post. We accept no responsibility for any act or omission of Go Logistics or any services procured through Go Logistics including where such act or omission causes delay, damage or destruction to the Goods. Please refer to Go Logistics with any enquiries or complaints arising with shipping.

Shipping prices are determined by Go Logistics and Australia Post.

All delivery times provided to you are estimates only and are subject to postal delays and reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that your order will be delivered within the times indicated. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.
