At Hälsa Health Pty Ltd, we pride ourselves on our team of practitioners and the bespoke items in our slow-down shop . How we work with you makes a great difference. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

We have created this site for your use and enjoyment and by using this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of Hälsa Health Pty Ltd as set out below.

Privacy of information

At Hälsa Health we take privacy of information very seriously. This means the information you provide us when placing an order is safe with us. Your personal details and information are never disclosed to third parties other than with our courier service, Go Logistics.

We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by the law, and to use your information to protect our rights in any legal proceedings.

We collect information when you schedule an appointment for effective communication and when purchasing items through our shop to ensure you receive our products with the best possible customer service. Sometimes we will use this information to send email campaigns with blogs, recipes, new products, and other appropriate/exciting news. Our booking system; Practice Better uses your information to send appointment reminders, invoices and updates. If you wish to be deleted from our database, please get in touch at hello@halsahealth.com.au and we will delete you from our database immediately.

If you wish to be removed from the Practice Better emailing communication, you will no longer receive appointment reminders and if you miss an appointment the full cancellation policy will still apply.

Product information provided on this website

The information provided on this site is not to be used as medical advice, rather informational purposes only. Specific advice for your circumstance is between you and your practitioner.

Changes to our site

Our website content is updated regularly, however our content may be out of date at any given time. This includes product pricing. We are under no obligation to keep it 100% up to date.

We may cancel orders if a product price or any information is incorrect due to any errors that may occur.

Payment & Security

Your privacy and security are very important to us. We have partnered with Stripe as our payment gateways on our site to ensure all personal and financial information is secure.

We rely on their expertise, so we can get on with delivering you our delicious, handcrafted tea and other organic products.

Your credit card information is not stored or kept at any time on our site when purchasing items through the slow down shop.

Card details are securely saved when you process your first invoice for appointments via our booking system; Practice Better. Practice Better uses Stripe, they are PCI compliant and support 3D Secure checkouts, meaning your details are securely saved and we do not have access to your information. On the morning of your appointment, our administration team will process payment for your session. When your personalised herbal formulas have been made, our administration team will process payment prior to shipping.  If you would like to opt out of this system you can contact our client support team at support@halsahealth.com.au

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, no-shows & reschedules made within 24 hours will incur a fee equivalent to the booking amount. Changes to bookings are allowed if more than 24 hours notice is given, this can be completed by contacting support@halsahealth.com.au or via the Practice Better portal. If you are unable to attend your pre-paid session(s) you may redeem the amount as a gift voucher to be used at a later date. All sessions can be transferred to another practitioner at any time however are non-refundable. 

Termination

We may terminate at any time the use of customer accounts due to any misuse. We reserve the right to terminate a patient-practitioner relationship at our discretion, at anytime.

Copyright

Hälsa Health owns all of the material on the site, and in some cases a third party. We ask that you do not copy, modify, transmit, reproduce or distribute any material from our site, except to the extent permitted by law.

Product Usage

As we love our products and ensure the highest quality of everything we sell, we ask that you agree not to resell any of our products purchased from this site and in store, unless you are purchasing as a wholesale customer, under agreed wholesale conditions.

Trademark

Hälsa Health is a registered trademark. Other trademarks may be displayed on the site from time to time. These may belong to third parties. Nothing displayed on the site should be construed as granting the right of use of any logo, pictures, product names without the express written permission of the relevant owner

Liability

Hälsa Health is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred in or arising by any person relying on the information on this website or on any websites linked to this website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
