The role of nutrition in mood disorders

One in five Australian adults experience a mental illness every year. Anxiety, mood disorder (such as depression) and substances use are the most common mental illness experienced by Australians.
Conventional medicine uses SSRIs, SSNRIs, and other medication to put band aids on the issues cause further imbalance. Holistic medicine on the contrary aim to find the root cause and what drive cognitive imbalance and mood disorders.
